UPDATED – 3/10/2015 – Registration is now open.
We begin our new webinar series on April 12, 2015 with Dr. Bernard Séguin, DVM, MS dip ACVS from Colorado State University. Dr. Séguin webinar will discuss canine rhabdomyosarcoma and how it compares to the human variety.
“Rhabdomyosarcomas in dogs present a problem in veterinary medicine primarily because they are so rare. We have much to learn about them to help us guide our therapy. Rhabdomyosarcomas will be compared between dogs and humans. Clinically in veterinary medicine, they are approached like other soft tissue sarcomas but that might not be the most appropriate. A comparison between rhabdomyosarcoma and other soft tissue sarcomas will be discussed as well as the impact it might have on the future of the therapeutic approach.”
Additional details of Dr. Séguin and his presentation will be added over the next several days. In the meantime, HOLD THE DATE: Sunday, April 12, 2015 at 2PM Eastern. You can register by clicking on the link in the right column of the home page.
